The dining room is the buzzing heart of all World Yoga Trips. And we take food very seriously. You'll be consuming the most nutritious, delicious and rejuvenating foods, packed with living enzymes, vitamins and minerals to support your physical and mental well being. We focus on the cellular nourishment of living foods and freshly pressed organic juices. Since 90% of our cuisine is vegetarian, organic, gluten and dairy free, accommodating food allergies &/or dietary restrictions is no problem. At the end of your WYT yoga retreat, you will leave deeply nourished and with the tools to continue rebuilding and nourishing your system from the inside out.



Meal service begins after check-in with Sunday night dinner, and ends before check-out with Saturday morning breakfast. World Yoga Trip staff and yoga retreat participants eat together, allowing for lots of interaction and bonding time. All meals and freshly pressed juices are included in the weekly fee and many of our retreats offer Healthy Cooking &/or Nutritional classes in our "Loving Food Lab."
